IHWI is committed to providing graduate students leading edge training and development in Indigenous peoples Health and Well-being. The recognition that conceptions of Indigenous well-being are rooted in interconnected relationships between land and people, and the various social processes that tie them together, or drive them apart demands interdisciplinary approaches to understanding, measuring and teaching about these processes.
Our graduate students organize various IHWI events throughout the year, watch for them on our Speaker Series and Events page. Are you a graduate student involved in Indigenous Health? Contact us to learn more about how you can become involved with IHWI!
